1 Language has solidity and flexibility.
2 Solidity is observed as frame in Frame-Quantum Theory and after.
3 Flexibility is observed as sentence in Frame-Quantum Theory and after.
4 Solidity and flexibility are early observed by KARCEVSKIJ at Linguistic Circle of Prague. But the structure of the two properties is not clearly mentioned.
5 Property that is separated as frame and sentence is now recognized by the behavior of quantum.
6 When quantum passes the adequate device, quantum separates two, each of that is frame and sentence.
7 Separated two properties are united one after the adequate operation passing the device.
8 Solidity and flexibility of language are totally recognized by this observation that is theoretical goal point at present.
9 The theory that is succeeded from KARCEVSKIJ is now Named Quantum Linguistics.
